*Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
*Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our project milestones according to customer needs and objectives
*Collaborate with design/ digital team to clarify client’s requirements.
*Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Desired Candidate Profile
*Experience with CRM software (HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
*Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
